Creality Cloud Premium Auto-Renewal Service Agreement

Last Updated: June 28, 2025

This Agreement is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Creality Cloud regarding the User's use of the Creality Cloud Premium auto-renewal service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), aiming to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties in the process of using the Service. Please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement carefully before using the Service. If you use the Service, it means that you have agreed to be bound by this Agreement. The interpretation and validity of the terms of this Agreement shall be based on the current effective laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

I. Service Content

(A) Overview of Auto-Renewal Service

The Service is an auto-renewal function provided to Users on the premise that the User has activated the Creality Cloud Premium service. After the User activates the Service, when the Premium service is about to expire, the system will automatically deduct the membership fee for the next billing cycle from the User's designated payment account according to the subscription cycle and payment method selected by the User, to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted Premium service for the User.

(B) Subscription Cycles and Prices

  1. Subscription Cycles: The Service offers multiple subscription cycles for the User to choose from, including but not limited to monthly and annual subscriptions, etc. The specific available subscription cycles shall be subject to the display on the Creality Cloud service platform.
  2. Subscription Prices: Different subscription cycles correspond to different prices, and the specific prices for each cycle are clearly marked on the display page when the User activates the Premium service. Creality Cloud has the right to adjust the subscription prices according to market conditions, operating costs, and other factors, but will notify the User in advance through in-station notifications, emails, or other reasonable means before the price adjustment takes effect. The notice of price adjustment will be sent at least 10 working days in advance to allow the User sufficient time to make decisions. At the same time, if the User takes the initiative to renew the subscription before the end of the current subscription cycle after the price adjustment notice is sent, the deduction will still be made at the original price. If the price is increased, the User may choose to cancel the subscription within the notice period to avoid deduction at the new price; if the User does not cancel, it shall be deemed that the User agrees to the new price. New subscribers should note that some subscription cycles (such as annual) may enjoy discount offers, and the renewal price shall be subject to the current display.

II. Service Activation and Authorization

(A) Activation Method

The User may select the option to activate the auto-renewal service on the Premium activation page provided by the Creality Cloud service platform, and complete the corresponding operation steps according to the system prompts, including confirming the subscription cycle, payment method, and other information to activate the Service. In the activation process, the system will clearly display the relevant instructions of the auto-renewal service and the rights and obligations of the User, and the User must actively check and confirm consent to the relevant terms before completing the activation operation.

(B) Payment Authorization

By activating the Service, the User is deemed to authorize Creality Cloud to deduct the membership fee for the next billing cycle from the User's designated payment account (such as a third-party payment account bound to the membership account, bank card, communication account, iTunes account, etc., hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Payment Account") before the Premium service expires, based on the subscription cycle and price selected by the User. The User shall ensure that the Payment Account information is true and valid, and if the deduction fails due to the User's failure to timely notify Creality Cloud of changes in the Payment Account information, the responsibility shall be borne by the User. The User shall ensure that the Payment Account has sufficient balance or credit limit at the time of deduction to ensure the success of the deduction. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance in the Payment Account, abnormal Payment Account, or other reasons not attributable to Creality Cloud, it may affect the normal continuation of the User's Premium service, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the User. If the deduction fails for multiple consecutive times, Creality Cloud will suspend the auto-renewal service and send reminders via in-station messages before suspension to prompt the User to resolve Payment Account issues. To resume the service, the User must re-confirm the activation of the auto-renewal service and ensure the normal status of the Payment Account.

III. Service Renewal and Deduction

(A) Renewal Rules

Unless the User cancels the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the system will automatically renew the User's activated Premium service before it expires, and the renewed service cycle shall be the same as the cycle selected by the User when activating the Service. The renewed Premium rights and interests shall take effect immediately from the end of the previous service cycle. For example, if the User originally activated a monthly Premium service that expires on the 10th of each month, if the auto-renewal is not canceled, the system will automatically renew it on the 9th of each month, and the new Premium rights and interests will take effect from 00:00 on the 10th.

(B) Deduction Time

Creality Cloud will carry out the deduction operation within 3–5 days before the Premium service expires, with the specific deduction time varying due to factors such as payment channels and methods. For example, if the User chooses a monthly subscription and the Premium service expires on the 15th of each month, the system may deduct the fee between the 10th and 14th of each month. To avoid affecting Premium rights due to deduction issues, the User is advised to ensure the Payment Account is in normal status and has sufficient balance during this period.

(C) Deduction Notification

After each successful deduction, Creality Cloud sends a deduction notification to the User via in-app messages, specifying the deduction amount, date, and subscription period. The User may access the service platform at any time to review deduction records and subscription status in the Personal Center.

In the event of questions regarding a deduction, the User may submit an appeal through Creality Cloud's customer service channels within 15 working days of receiving the notification. Creality Cloud shall verify the issue and provide a written response within 7 working days. If the User provides valid evidence of a deduction anomaly, Creality Cloud shall rectify the subscription status within 3 working days after verification.

IV. Service Changes and Notifications

(A) Changes in Service Content

Creality Cloud has the right to change the content, functions, benefits, etc., of the Creality Cloud Premium service based on business development, market demand, or legal changes. If such changes may significantly impact the User's rights (e.g., Premium benefits reduced by over 30%, core functions lost leading to service inaccessibility, subscription cycle significantly shortened without price adjustment, etc.), Creality Cloud will inform the User of the changes and effective time in advance through prominent means (such as in-station announcements, pop-up prompts, email notifications, etc.). Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect constitutes the User's consent to the modified service content. The notice will elaborate on the reasons for the changes, specific content, and User rights protection measures.

(B) Changes to the Agreement

Creality Cloud reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Modified terms will be published on the service platform and notified to the User via reasonable means (e.g., in-station announcements, emails, etc.) at least 7 days in advance. The new Agreement will take effect 7 days after publication to allow the User sufficient consideration. Continuing to use the Service after the modification means the User agrees to be bound by the revised Agreement; otherwise, the User may cancel the Service as stipulated.

V. Service Cancellation and Refund

(A) Cancellation Method

The User may cancel the Service at any time. Cancellation paths for different payment methods are as follows:

  1. Apple Users: On Creality Cloud app version 6.2.0 or later, log in to your account, navigate to 【Account】→【Settings】→【Subscriptions】→ redirect to the App Store, select "Creality Cloud", and cancel the subscription. Alternative path: On your Apple device, open the "App Store" → tap "Apple ID" → select "View Apple ID" → access "Account Settings" → tap "Subscriptions", locate the "Creality Cloud Premium" subscription in the list, and select "Cancel Subscription"
  2. Android Users: On Creality Cloud app version 5.11.0 or later, log in to your account, navigate to 【Account】→【Settings】→【Subscriptions】→ select "Creality Cloud", and cancel the subscription. Specific steps may vary with app updates. 3. Other Payment Methods: Users who activated the Service via direct bank card deduction or other channels may cancel auto-renewal via the personal Premium center or settings page as guided by the platform. For cancellation issues, contact Creality Cloud customer service, which will respond within 3 working days.

(B) Cancellation Effective Time

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription cycle. The User may enjoy full Premium benefits within the current cycle, but auto-renewal will cease after the cycle ends. For example, if a monthly subscription is canceled on the 5th of the month with a cycle from the 1st to the 30th, the User can use the service until the 30th, and auto-renewal will end on the 1st of the next month. Manual subscription is required for continued use. Canceling within the current cycle does not affect paid benefits, and remaining days are not refundable.

(C) Refund Terms

Unless otherwise required by law or promised by Creality Cloud, fees for the current paid cycle are non-refundable upon cancellation. The User should consider needs before canceling. If the Service is unavailable due to Creality Cloud's fault and not restored within a reasonable time (up to 7 working days), the User may request a refund proportional to the remaining service time. Calculation: Remaining days = Total service days – Used days; Refund amount = (Total subscription price / Total service days) × Remaining days.

VI. Privacy and Data Protection

(A) Data Collection and Use

Creality Cloud collects, uses, and stores User personal information and data (including name, contact details, payment info, subscription records, etc.) lawfully, fairly, and necessarily for Service provision, experience optimization, data analysis, and legal compliance. Data will not be used for unauthorized purposes. For example, payment info is only for fee deduction, not other commercial promotion.

(B) Data Security

Creality Cloud employs reasonable technical (e.g., encrypted transmission, multi-factor authentication) and administrative (e.g., access control, regular security audits) measures to protect data security. In the event of a data security incident, Creality Cloud will notify the User within 24 hours and disclose the cause, impact, and remedies within 7 working days.

(C) Privacy Policy

Refer to the Privacy Policy published on the Creality Cloud platform for detailed privacy practices. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect. Users should read it carefully before using the Service. The Privacy Policy will be revised as laws and business evolve, and revised versions will be published and notified. Continuing use after revision implies acceptance of the updated content.

VII. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

(A) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creality Cloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses (including service interruption, data loss, business disruption, profit loss, etc.) arising from the Service, regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, etc.), even if advised of such risks. This does not apply to losses from Creality Cloud's intentional or gross negligence. For example, if a server failure causes service interruption, but Creality Cloud repairs it promptly, it is not liable for indirect losses during the interruption. Please pay special attention to this limitation of liability clause as it may affect your legal rights.

(B) Disclaimer

The User acknowledges that Internet technology complexities (e.g., network failures, server errors, hacker attacks, viruses) may cause Service interruptions, delays, or errors. Creality Cloud is not liable for such force majeure or unforeseeable technical issues but will endeavor to restore service promptly. For losses from third-party websites or services linked via the Service, the User shall resolve issues directly with the third party. Creality Cloud will assist in coordination but bear no ultimate liability.

VIII. Other Provisions

(A) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; if unsuccessful, either party may sue in the people's court with jurisdiction in the User's domicile or Creality Cloud's domicile, as determined by the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China. Other terms shall remain in effect during dispute resolution.

(B) Entire Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements regarding the Service. If any term is invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other terms, which shall be modified to best achieve the original purpose.

(C) Contact Information

For inquiries or complaints, contact Creality Cloud via the service platform's customer service channels (phone, online chat, email, etc.). Customer service details (phone number and working hours: [specific hours] Mon–Fri) will be prominently displayed. Online support and emails will respond within 3 working days.

(D) User Rights Statement

  2. The User has the right to appeal against deductions or service changes, with Creality Cloud obligated to respond within specified timelines.
