本政策下，个人信息是以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人的各种信息。我们处理的个人信息主要包括以下类别：
1. 您提供给我们的个人信息
账号注册与登录：当您注册 Creality Park 账号时，您需要提供 手机号码/邮箱地址等，根据实际 以履行网络实名制要求。您还可以选择使用第三方账号（如 微信、QQ、Google、Apple等，根据实际接入的第三方登录列出 ）进行注册登录。
账号完善与认证：您可以选择补充的个人信息，如 头像、昵称、性别、年龄、地区、国家。
交易与配送：如您使用 Creality Park 的 购买/充值/订阅等 功能，我们会收集 收货人姓名、联系电话、收货地址、订单信息、支付记录等 。
AI功能使用（如产品有AI功能）：使用AI功能时，您上传的 图片、文本、设计参数等，根据AI功能实际输入列出 ，以及AI生成的内容。如您上传包含人脸、肖像的照片/图片，该类信息属于个人信息/敏感个人信息。
设备配网与远程控制：当您对物联网设备首次联网或更换网络环境时，我们可能会向您申请蓝牙权限、定位权限和获取网络状态信息，用于发现附近WI-FI列表或蓝牙列表，以实现物联网设备连接到网络的功能。当您使用扫码方式添加设备或配网时，我们会向您请求相机（摄像头）权限或相册权限。如果您拒绝提供会使您无法通过扫码途径添加设备或配网设备，不影响其他功能的使用。
客服与反馈：当您联系我们时，我们可能收集您的 联系电话、邮箱、沟通记录、问题描述、上传的图片/视频/日志信息等 。
2. 我们在提供服务过程中获取的个人信息
设备及应用信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本、设备标识符 IMEI、Android ID、IDFA、OAID、UUID等 、网络状态、IP地址、屏幕尺寸、系统语言。
日志信息：访问时间、访问次数、操作轨迹、崩溃日志 打印任务日志、设备运行日志、AI功能使用记录等 。
多媒体与文件数据（如产品涉及）：相机/相册上传的图片、视频 3D模型文件、切片文件、打印视频等 。
智能硬件相关（如产品连接硬件）：设备ID（dn码、sn码）、配网信息（WiFi MAC、蓝牙MAC）、打印状态、耗材用量、远程监控数据。
3. 第三方向我们提供的个人信息
在法律允许范围内，我们可能从第三方获取您的个人信息，包括：
1. 第三方登录平台（ 微信、QQ、抖音、苹果ID ）经您授权提供的公开信息；
2. 风控、审核、客服等合作方依法提供的设备信息、行为信息、核验信息。
3. AI服务合作方： 混元 为您提供生成服务过程中产生的 图片和模型 。
4. 非识别性个人信息
无法识别特定个人身份的统计类信息，如用户活跃度、功能使用率、页面访问量等。我们会对该类信息与个人信息做严格隔离，仅用于服务优化与体验改进。
5. 产品使用情况分析
为统计应用新增、活跃、留存、页面访问及功能使用情况，分析产品使用效果并改进产品体验，在您同意本隐私政策后，我们会启用火山引擎增长分析DataFinder SDK。 该SDK可能处理以下信息：应用名称、包名、应用版本、应用渠道、设备品牌、设备型号、操作系统及版本、系统API版本、CPU架构、屏幕分辨率及密度、系统语言、系统地区、时区、网络类型、IP地址、Android ID、OAID、SDK生成的设备标识和安装标识，以及iOS设备的IDFV。 当您使用App时，我们还会处理页面进入、页面离开、元素点击、功能操作、事件名称、事件时间、事件属性及会话标识等使用行为信息。当您登录账号后，我们会将Creality Park业务用户ID作为用户唯一标识，用于关联同一用户登录前后及不同设备上的使用行为。 我们会根据请求中的IP地址生成国家、省份、城市等粗略地域信息。该地域信息不通过GPS或系统精确位置权限获取，不包含经纬度等精确位置信息。 相关数据通过加密方式上传至Creality CDP，仅用于产品数据分析、功能优化和体验改进，不用于个性化广告、广告归因或跨应用广告跟踪。我们未启用DataFinder的IDFA、精确位置、剪贴板归因及广告监测功能。 DataFinder SDK由北京火山引擎科技有限公司提供。您可以通过以下链接查看其SDK隐私政策： https://docs.volcengine.com/docs/84129/1261812?lang=zh
我们仅在处理目的明确、清晰且具体的情况下处理您的个人信息。超出明示目的具有直接或合理关联范围的，我们会再次征得您的同意。
您的个人信息将被用于以下目的：
1、与您订立合同或提供核心服务： 账号注册/登录、3D模型上传与预览、云打印、设备配网与控制、云存储、交易履约、客服支持
2、AI功能的提供与优化：图片和模型的生成计算、效果优化、质量提升；调用 混元、OpenAI 等第三方AI平台提供生成服务
3、保障服务安全与风控：异常登录检测、反作弊、防欺诈、故障排查、系统安全运行。
4、提升服务体验与个性化个性化内容推荐、功能优化、页面适配、问题定位与改进；您可在设置中关闭个性化推荐。
5、消息与通知送达： 打印状态、账号安全、活动进展、系统公告、运营通知、工单消息 ；您可关闭非必要推送。
6、履行法定义务：内容合规审核、未成年人保护、响应监管与司法要求、留存交易与日志数据。
7、其他依法可处理或经您同意的目的。
为保障App各项功能的正常使用，我们可能会申请以下系统权限。您可以在系统设置中随时关闭已授予的权限，关闭后对应功能将无法使用，但不影响其他功能的正常使用。
（1）电话权限
申请目的：用于APP安全运行与风控验证，内容推送
使用场景：当您使用 APP 进行账号登录、安全验证、接收内容推送时，我们需要获取电话权限
（2）设备存储/相册权限
申请目的：用于选择和上传图片 / 视频、保存图片到相册、上传 / 下载模型和切片文件、上传日志和反馈图片
使用场景：当您从相册选择图片上传头像、发布图文 / 视频内容、下载模型文件和切片文件、上传意见反馈的日志或图片时，我们需要访问您的相册和设备存储
（3）相机权限
申请目的：用于扫描二维码、拍摄照片 / 视频、设置 / 更新头像、发布图文内容、扫码添加设备、上传模型 / 切片封面
使用场景：当您使用扫码添加设备或配网功能、设置或更新个人头像、发布图文 / 视频内容、使用扫一扫功能、上传模型或切片文件的封面时，我们需要使用您的相机
（4）位置权限
申请目的：用于智能设备配网时发现附近 Wi-Fi 列表、发布动态时添加位置信息
使用场景：当您对智能设备首次联网或更换网络环境，需要通过蓝牙发现并连接周边设备进行配网时，我们需要使用蓝牙
（5）蓝牙权限
申请目的：用于搜索和连接蓝牙设备、实现智能设备配网
使用场景：当您对智能设备首次联网或更换网络环境，需要通过蓝牙发现并连接周边设备进行配网时，我们需要使用蓝牙
（6）通知权限
申请目的：用于向您推送 APP 相关消息通知
使用场景：当您需要接收打印完成通知、系统消息、活动通知、订单状态更新、账号安全提醒等消息时，我们需要获取通知栏权限
（7）网络权限
申请目的：用于开启上网功能，实时读取与更新 APP 内容
使用场景：当您使用 APP 的所有联网功能，包括浏览模型库、云切片、远程控制打印、消息推送、在线交易等时，我们需要使用网络权限
（8）悬浮窗权限
申请目的：用于实现设备实时监控的全局观看体验
使用场景：当您使用智能设备的实时监控功能，需要在其他应用上层显示监控画面时，我们需要申请悬浮窗权限
- 上述权限均会在您使用对应功能时按需申请，我们不会在您未使用相关功能时提前申请权限。
- 您可以随时在设备系统设置中关闭已授权的权限。关闭权限可能导致对应功能无法正常使用，但不会影响其他功能的运行。
- 我们仅会在实现功能所必需的范围内使用上述权限，不会将权限获取的信息用于未经您授权的其他目的。

1. 委托处理
我们会委托第三方供应商/关联公司处理个人信息，包括 消息推送、数据分析、客服系统、云存储、内容审核、崩溃上报、AI模型生成计算等 。我们会审查受托方保护能力，签署严格保密与数据处理协议，要求其仅按约定目的、方式、范围处理，并采取安全保护措施。
2. 转让
原则上不向第三方转让个人信息。如因合并、收购、破产清算等确需转让，我们会向您告知接收方信息，并要求接收方继续受本政策约束；若接收方变更处理目的/方式，将重新获取您的授权同意。
3. 公开披露
原则上不公开披露个人信息，以下情形除外：
1. 征得您明确同意后；
2. 根据法律、行政法规、监管或司法机关强制要求；
3. 您主动公开发布至社区、评论、动态等公开场景（风险由您自行承担）；

Creality Park 中可能包含第三方服务链接、SDK、插件、网站。第三方独立控制个人信息时，其处理行为受自身隐私政策约束，不受本政策约束。请您审慎阅读第三方隐私条款，谨慎提供信息。
2. 第三方AI服务平台特别说明（如产品有AI功能）
为了给您提供更丰富、更优质的AI创作体验，我们接入了第三方AI服务平台（MakeNow ）。当您使用这些第三方平台提供的AI功能时，您输入的内容及生成的最终成果，可能会被传输至相应的第三方AI服务平台进行处理。该等第三方平台对您数据的处理行为，将遵循其各自的隐私政策及用户协议。我们建议您在使用前仔细阅读并了解其数据处理规则。
3 第三方SDK清单
为了向您提供更完善、优质的产品和服务， Creality Park 的某些服务将由合作方提供，因此我们可能将您某些个人信息提供给第三方合作商。我们会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的提供您的个人信息，并且只会提供该服务所必需的个人信息。我们将要求我们的合作方不得将个人信息用于其他用途，除非获得您的同意。

2. 撤回同意
您可以通过设备本身操作系统变更或撤回您对通知、网络、悬浮窗、地理位置、相机（摄像头）、存储（相册、媒体和其他文件）、电话状态权限的授权、蓝牙， 不同设备型号的功能可能不尽相同，我们将根据您变更或撤回授权的设置进行个人信息的收集，如您撤回授权我们将不再收集与这些权限相关的信息，但提请您注意这将导致部分功能或全部功能的不可用。
同时，您变更或撤回授权的决定，不会影响我们此前基于您的授权而进行的个人信息处理

1. 您可以登录Creality Park进入[我的-设置-账号与安全-账号注销]页面，按照页面提示提交账户注销申请
2. 同时；您也可以登录创想云进入[我的-设置-账号与安全-账号注销]页面，按照页面提示提交账户注销申请。
3. 您可以通过[我的-在线客服] 反馈账号注销，我们会协助您处理。
4. 获取信息副本
您可通过客服或邮箱 [email protected] 申请获取个人信息副本，我们核验身份后依法提供。
5. AI生成内容管理（如有AI功能）
您可在 [学院 - 创意建模！MakeNow] 中查看、下载、删除AI生成的内容。对于通过第三方AI平台生成的内容，您可能需要同时参考该平台的用户协议来行使相关权利。
我们按照业界成熟安全标准，采取合理可行措施保护您的个人信息，防止未经授权访问、披露、使用、篡改、损毁与泄露。
1、最小必要原则：不收集与服务无关信息，严控收集范围与频次。（AI功能补充：AI功能仅处理实现功能所需的图片、素材及设计参数。）
2、安全技术：SSL加密传输、加密存储、密码哈希、数据脱敏、去标识化、匿名化、异地备份。
3、访问管控：最小授权、权限分级、操作留痕、定期审计。（AI功能补充：AI生成内容设置专门访问权限。）
4、合作方管理：严格审查资质，签署数据保护协议，监督处理行为。（AI功能补充：AI服务提供商需签署专项数据保护协议，严格限定数据用途。）
5、制度与培训：建立安全管理制度、应急预案，开展安全与隐私培训。
6、安全事件处置：发生安全事件时，立即启动应急，按法律要求告知用户并向监管上报。
任何安全措施无法做到绝对安全，请您妥善保管账号、密码，不向他人泄露。
如果产品面向14岁以下儿童，此章需要大幅扩展：
1、本产品可供未满14周岁的未成年人在监护人陪同下使用。未满14周岁的未成年人的个人信息属于敏感个人信息。
2、我们处理未满14周岁未成年人个人信息前，须取得其监护人的明示同意，并制定专门的未成年人个人信息处理规则。
3、监护人有权查阅、复制、更正、删除未成年人的个人信息，撤回同意。
4、我们仅收集实现产品基本功能所必需的信息，不因监护人不同意处理非必要信息而拒绝提供基本功能。
5、我们对未成年人个人信息进行严格访问控制，仅授权必要人员访问，并记录访问情况。
6、我们每年对未成年人个人信息处理情况进行合规审计，并向网信部门报告。
7、若发现未经监护人同意收集儿童信息，我们将立即删除。
我们的网站、App、在线服务可能使用Cookie、LocalStorage、SessionStorage、网站信标、像素标签等技术，用于维持登录、保存设置、统计分析、服务优化。

1. 存储地点
我们在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的个人信息，将存储在中华人民共和国境内。
2. 存储期限
我们仅在实现服务目的所必需的最短时间内保留您的个人信息。当您注销账号或服务终止后，我们将对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。
3、特殊数据存储：如AI生成文件和参赛作品的保留规则，其他产品应替换为本产品特有的数据保留规则。

The Platform is provided by Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd, doing business as Creality Park ("Creality Park", "we", "us", or "our").

This Platform is not intended for use by users under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you must have your parent or guardian's consent to use this Platform.

We may collect and process the following personal data about you, depending on the types of services you use on the Platform:
1.1 Data You Provide Directly
Account Registration and Login: Email; third-party login information from Google/Meta (Facebook)/Apple (obtained through OAuth authorization).
Account Profile and Verification: Your name, gender, birthday, email, current city, state and country, user identification numbers for your contacts, profile picture URL and any other information that you choose to make public.
AI Feature Usage: When you use AI-powered features including MakeNow, we collect: images and materials you upload, design parameters, and AI-generated model files.
Contests and Events: Registration information, submitted works, bank account information for prize disbursement.
Customer Service and Feedback: Email address, communication records, problem descriptions, uploaded images/videos/device logs.
1.2 Data Collected During Service Usage
Device and Application Information: Device model, operating system version, application version, device identifiers (Android ID, IDFA, OAID, UUID), network status, IP address, screen size, system language.
Log Information: Visit timestamps, access frequency, operation history, crash logs, print job logs, device running logs, AI feature usage records, AI request and generation logs, etc.
Multimedia and Files (if applicable): Photos from camera or photo library, videos, 3D model files, sliced files, print recordings, time-lapse photography data.
Smart Hardware Integration: When you connect Creality 3D printers: device ID (DN number, serial number), network configuration (Wi-Fi MAC address, Bluetooth MAC address), print status, consumable usage, remote monitoring data.
1.3 Data Received from Third Parties
- Third-party login providers: Google/Meta (Facebook)/Apple
- Risk control, review, and customer service partners: Device information, behavioral information, and verification information as permitted by law
- AI service partners (Tencent HunYuan): Non-personal generation logs and service status data generated during service provision.
1.4 Non-Identifying Data
Statistical information that cannot identify specific individuals, such as user activity levels, feature usage rates, page views. We strictly separate this information from personal data and use it only for service optimization and experience improvement.
We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
- Contract performance and core service provision: Account registration and login, 3D model preview, cloud printing, device network configuration and control, cloud storage, and customer support.
- Provision and optimization of AI features: Generative computing, effect optimization, and quality enhancement for MakeNow; integration with third-party AI platforms Tencent HunYuan to provide generative services; and the storage and management of AI-generated content.
- Contest and campaign administration: Registration review, artwork evaluation, result announcement, prize distribution, and points rewards for design competitions; as well as statistical tracking of participation records.
- Content ecosystem development: Creation and management of model collections/topics, categorization and tagging of models, user favorites and recommendations; and the operation and display of discounted model sections.
- Service security and risk control: Detection of abnormal logins, anti-cheating, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and ensuring secure system operations.
- Enhancing service experience and personalization: Personalized content recommendations, feature optimization, page adaptation, and issue identification/improvement. (Note: You may disable personalized recommendations in your settings.)
- Delivery of messages and notifications: Notifications regarding print status, account security, campaign updates, system announcements, and operational notices. (Note: You may opt out of non-essential push notifications.)
- Fulfillment of legal obligations: Content compliance reviews, minor protection, responding to regulatory and judicial requests, and retention of transaction and log data.
- Product Usage Analytics:
1. To measure app activation, active usage, retention, page visits, and feature usage, analyze product performance, and improve the user experience, we enable the Volcengine DataFinder analytics SDK after you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. The SDK may process application information, including the app name, package name, app version, distribution channel, SDK version, in-app language, and runtime environment; device and system information, including device brand and model, operating system and version, system API version, CPU architecture, screen resolution and density, system language, region, and time zone; network type and IP address; Android identifiers such as Android ID and OAID; SDK-generated device and installation identifiers; and IDFV on iOS devices.

When you use the App, we may also process product interaction data, including page views, page exits, element clicks, feature operations, event names, event timestamps, event properties, and session identifiers. After you sign in, your internal Creality Park user ID is used as a user identifier to associate usage activities before and after sign-in and across devices.
4. We may derive approximate location information, such as country, province or state, and city, from the IP address included in a network request. This information is not obtained through GPS or precise location permissions and does not include precise coordinates.
5. The relevant data is encrypted in transit and submitted to the Creality CDP service solely for product analytics, feature optimization, and user experience improvement. It is not used for personalized advertising, advertising attribution, or cross-app tracking. We do not enable DataFinder features that collect IDFA, precise location, or clipboard information for attribution.

To ensure the normal use of various functions of the App, we may apply for the following system permissions. You can turn off the granted permissions at any time in the system settings. After turning off, the corresponding functions will be unavailable, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions.
(1) Phone Permission
Purpose of Application: For App security operation, risk control verification and content push
Usage Scenario: We need to obtain phone permission when you use the App for account login, security verification, and receiving content pushes.
(2) Device Storage/Album Permission
Purpose of Application: For selecting and uploading pictures/videos, saving pictures to the album, uploading/downloading models and slicing files, uploading logs and feedback pictures
Usage Scenario: We need to access your album and device storage when you select pictures from the album to upload avatars, publish graphic/video content, download model files and slicing files, or upload logs or pictures for feedback.
(3) Camera Permission
Purpose of Application: For scanning QR codes, taking photos/videos, setting/updating avatars, publishing graphic content, scanning codes to add devices, and uploading model/slicing covers
Usage Scenario: We need to use your camera when you use the code scanning function to add devices or configure networks, set or update personal avatars, publish graphic/video content, use the scan function, or upload covers for model or slicing files.
(4) Location Permission
Purpose of Application: For discovering nearby Wi-Fi lists during smart device network configuration and adding location information when posting dynamics
Usage Scenario: We need to use your location permission when you configure the network for a smart device for the first time or change the network environment to discover nearby Wi-Fi lists, or add location information when posting dynamics.
(5) Bluetooth Permission
Purpose of Application: For searching and connecting Bluetooth devices and realizing smart device network configuration
Usage Scenario: We need to use Bluetooth when you configure the network for a smart device for the first time or change the network environment to discover and connect surrounding devices via Bluetooth.
(6) Notification Permission
Purpose of Application: For pushing App-related message notifications to you
Usage Scenario: We need to obtain notification bar permission when you need to receive messages such as printing completion notifications, system messages, event notifications, order status updates, and account security reminders.
(7) Network Permission
Purpose of Application: For enabling Internet access and real-time reading and updating of App content
Usage Scenario: We need to use network permission when you use all Internet-connected functions of the App, including browsing the model library, cloud slicing, remote control printing, message pushing, online transactions, etc.
(8) Floating Window Permission
Purpose of Application: For realizing the global viewing experience of real-time device monitoring
Usage Scenario: We need to apply for floating window permission when you use the real-time monitoring function of the smart device and need to display the monitoring screen on top of other applications.
- The above permissions will be applied for on demand when you use the corresponding functions. We will not apply for permissions in advance when you are not using the relevant functions.
- You can turn off the authorized permissions in the device system settings at any time. Turning off permissions may cause the corresponding functions to be unavailable, but will not affect the operation of other functions.
- We will only use the above permissions within the scope necessary to realize the functions, and will not use the information obtained through permissions for other purposes without your authorization.

4.1 Location of Stored Information
In principle, personal information collected and generated by us within a certain region will be stored within that region.
