Thank you for using our Creality Cloud service. Shenzhen Chuangxiang Zhinengzhizao Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “We”) is aware of the importance of personal information. We will strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations, take corresponding security protection measures, and strive to keep your personal information safe and controllable. Based on this purpose, we formulate this “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") for the services of Creality Cloud Lite (hereinafter referred to as “Creality Cloud” /"the Service"), to help you fully understand how we collect, use, share, store and protect your personal information and how you can manage your personal information during your use of the services.
Before you use Creality Cloud service, please read carefully and fully understand the following terms, and especially the terms in bold form in this Policy (which may have a significant relationship with your rights and interests and involve the processing of personal sensitive information ). We try our best to explain the professional terms involved in this Policy in a concise and easy-to-understand manner. If you have any questions or suggestions about the terms of this policy, please contact us at teamcloud@creality.com.
Your agreement to this Policy means that you have fully understood the functions provided by Creality Cloud, as well as the personal information required for the use of the functions, and have given the corresponding authorization for Creality Cloud to collect and use your information. However, it does not mean that you have additionally agreed to enable additional functions and process non-essential personal information. We will ask for your consent based on your actual use for enabling relevant additional functions and processing non-essential and some sensitive personal information.This Policy mainly explains the following information to you:

How do we collect and use your personal information
You agree and understand that the types of your personal information that we collect and use will vary depending on the different service you used on Creality Cloud. In order to provide you with a perfect experience, we will improve our Creality Cloud services, and may therefore need to collect and use your latest personal information or may change the purpose or method of using your personal information. If a function that requires the collection and use of your personal information is not described in this Policy, or we go beyond the stated purpose of collecting your personal information, we will inform you again and obtain your consent in accordance with the relevant requirements of laws and regulations.
Creality Cloud is the world's first all-in-one 3D printing platform, with remote control printing, webcam streaming, and other functions. In this Policy, we will explain to you the purpose and scope of personal information that each function may collect, the method of collection, and the possible consequences of refusing to provide personal information. Please be aware that when you refuse to provide the corresponding information for the use of various functions, you may not be allowed to use the corresponding functions, but you can still use other functions of the Creality Cloud.
1. Account registration, login and binding
1.1. When you sign up and log in to Creality Cloud, you can create an account through your mobile phone number or email address. We will collect your mobile phone number or email address. If you refuse to provide your mobile phone number or email address for registration and login, you will not be able to register for a Creality Cloud account, and you can only use browsing and search services.
1.2. You can choose to fill in or change your avatar, nickname, gender, birthday, region, and profile to complete your information according to your own needs, but if you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of Creality Cloud services.
1.3. If you successfully register for a Creality Cloud account, we will display your nickname, avatar, and profile information to the public in the Service.
2. Account information management
2.1. We will generate a Creality Cloud account for you when you log in. You can fill in your nickname, avatar, gender, region, birthday, profile to complete your personal information. This information will help us understand you better and provide you with better services.
2.2. Your personal information ( such as Creality Cloud ID, gender, region, and description) will be publicly displayed on the personal center of your account.
3. Provide services related to smart devices
3.1. When you connect an IoT device to the internet for the first time or change the network environment, we may ask for Bluetooth permission, location permission, and network status information to discover nearby Wi-Fi lists or Bluetooth lists to connect the devices. If you deny the relevant permissions, you can still complete the network connection through your settings. In order to provide you with network connection services and find out your problems during the network connection process in a timely manner, we will collect your device MAC, network distribution mode, network status, and abnormal information during your network connection process. Such information is only available to be uploaded to Creality Cloud when you report logs.
3.2. When you add a device or configure a network by scanning a QR code, we will ask you for camera permission or album permission. If you refuse to provide the relevant permissions, you will not be able to add devices or configure the network. But it will not affect the use of other functions.
3.3. When you use the real-time monitoring function of a smart device, we will ask you for permission for other applications in the Android system. If you deny this permission, you can still use the real-time monitoring function, but we will not be able to provide you with a global viewing experience.
3.4. When you use the cloud printing function, we will collect your print history (print job status, print job time, model information, slice information, printer information, print job initiator), and provide you with solutions and notifications for your print,and relevant information will be displayed on [Personal Center-Print History] page.
4.Provide services related to 3D models and slicing
4.1.When you upload slice files, we will ask you to authorize storage (albums, media, and other files), and camera permissions. If you deny these permissions, you will not be able to use the corresponding functions. You can choose the files you upload to be public or private. Please be aware that the files you upload may contain other people's original works, please be sure to obtain the legal authorization of the original creators and avoid infringing on other people's intellectual property rights.
5. Images or video information production, release, communication and interaction functions
5.1. When you share information and participate in Creality Cloud activities, we may need to access your clipboard and read the passwords, codes, and links contained therein, so as to realize jumping, sharing, and activity linkage functions or services for you.
5.2. We will interact with you through push notifications, system messages, phone call, text message and email. You understand and agree that we may contact you through one or more of your contact methods (email, phone number, address) that you provided during the use of Creality Cloud, for notification, identity verification, security verification, and user survey.
6. Campaigns
6.1. When you participate in Creality Cloud campaigns, if it involves the collection of your personal information, we will describe the information we need in the campaign rules. In particular, if it involves delivering prizes or event-related physical shipping, we need to collect your shipping information (such as delivery address, name, and phone number) and share it with third-party partners who provide logistics services, to realize the delivery of prizes or other objects. We may use your relevant information through campaigns to develop and improve our service for comprehensive statistics, data analysis or processing, or other purposes with your consent.
7. Customer service and other user response functions
7.1. When you interact with our customer service or use other user response functions (submitting feedback online, communicating with online service, submitting after-sales applications for our products or services, exercising your relevant personal information control rights, other customers complaints and demands), for the security of your account and system, we need you to provide account information first, and match it with your previous personal information to verify your user identity. When you use customer service or other user response functions, we will also collect your following personal information: contact information (such as phone number/email you use when contacting us or other information that you provide to us, your communication information with us in the form of text/picture/audio/video/call records (sensitive personal information). We collect this information to investigate facts and help you solve problems. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to use our customer service and other user response mechanisms.
8. Safety guarantee function
8.1. When you use Creality Cloud functions or services such as registration and login function, device printing, etc., we need to collect your personal information to protect your account and system security and to help improve the quality of our services, to prevent any behavior that endangers users, Creality Cloud, and society. The specific personal information refers to your mobile phone number, location, device information, usage information in the app, Bluetooth information, IP Address, product version, languages, browsing history, network connection habits, service failure information, network logs, personal internet access records, transaction information, and real-name authentication information, etc, The device information includes hardware model, device MAC address/network device identifier (MAC address of Wi-Fi, MAC address of Bluetooth), IMEI, IMSI, MEID, AndroidId, hardware serial number, IDFA, OAID, DeviceId, ICCID, openUDID. Log information refers to the operation logs that we automatically collect and generate when you use our products or services (including your download records, print records, slice records, access date, and operation records of smart external devices such as Creality Box) and your service logs (including but not limited to installed application information or running process information, overall application operation, usage and frequency, application crashes, overall installation usage, performance data, application sources, etc.).
8.2. We will judge your account, account transaction risks based on the above information, conduct identity verification, customer service, detection and prevention of security incidents, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup purposes, and take necessary records, audits, analysis, disposal measures. Once we detect that there is or is suspected to be an account security risk, we will use relevant information for security verification and risk elimination to ensure the security of the services we provide to you, so as to protect your rights and interests from infringement. At the same time, when account or system security issues occur, we will collect this information to optimize our products and services.
8.3. In order to ensure the safety of your device’s operating environment and prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating behavior, we will collect a list of necessary software installed or running on your device after you agree to this Policy and when you need to invoke or wake up a third-party application information (including software package name and software name) or process information of the running application. Please be aware that software listing information alone can not identify your specific identity.

Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used technologies on the Internet. When you use Creality Cloud services, we may use related technologies to collect your information. We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:
To ensure the safety and efficient operation of Creality Cloud: We may set cookies or anonymous identifiers for authentication and security so that we can confirm whether you have logged in to the Creality Cloud safely, or whether you have encountered theft, fraud, or other illegal acts. These technologies will also help us improve service efficiency, login, and response speed.
To help you obtain easier access to Creality Cloud: using such technologies can help you remove repeating steps and processes of filling in your personal information and entering search content (such as form filling).
We may use cookies and similar technologies to know your preferences and use habits to conduct data analysis and improve our services, recommend content that you are interested in, and refine your selection of ads. You can refuse or manage the use of cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. However, please note that if you disable cookies, you may not be able to enjoy the best service experience, and some services may not work properly.
How do we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information
1.Sharing
For your personal information, we will not share it with any company, organization or individual, unless one or more of the following situations exist:
(1) We have obtained your authorization in advance;
(2) We received your proposal.
(3) Necessary sharing with business partners: You understand and know that in order to provide you with high-quality services, we will authorize our business partners to provide you with some services. In this case, we may share some of your personal information with our partners to provide better customer service and user experience. Please note that we will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific purposes, and will only share necessary personal information to provide services. We will conduct security assessment and processing on the output form, circulation and use of information data to protect data security. Currently, our partners include:
a. Third-party logistics service provider: After you successfully place an order, if the goods need to be delivered by a third party logistics, we will provide your relevant delivery information to the logistics company for a safe delivery of the goods. We promise you that we will do our best to protect the security of your personal information, and we will strictly require third-party logistics companies to keep your personal information confidential, and only learn and use it for the purpose of delivery, and shall not disclose it or use it for any other purpose.
b. Advertising and statistical analysis partners: In order to help with advertising or decision-making suggestions, improve the effective reach rate of advertisements, and further understand user needs, we may cooperate with partners who entrust us to carry out information promotion and advertising, or statistical analysis partners. Partners share de-identified device information or statistics that are difficult or impossible to link to your real identity. Please be informed that for your information security, we currently only cooperate with partners who have signed strict data security and confidentiality agreements.
c. Content review service provider: In order to ensure the safety of the content posted by users on Creality Cloud, we may share the content information you publish on the platform with an entrusted third-party content review service provider.
d. Other business partners: partners who entrust us with promotion and advertising. You authorize us to have the right to share the indirect user portrait formed by the collection of your relevant information with the partners who entrust us to carry out promotion and advertising, so as to help them make advertisements or decision-making suggestions, improve the effective reach of advertisements, and further understand user needs. But we promise that we will not share personal information that can identify you without your consent.
e. SDK service providers: When you use functions provided by third parties in Creality Cloud app, we may access the software development kit (SDK) provided by third parties to realize related functions. At this time, the SDK service provider may collect your relevant personal information. We will do our duty of prudence and conduct strict security monitoring on the aforementioned service provider to protect the security of your personal information.
f. Third-party account login function: In order to provide you with a third-party account login function, third-party service providers may obtain your necessary device information, network-related information, geographic location, storage (albums, media and other files) (including collected in the background state) information.
g. Push notification service: In order to provide you with push notification, third-party push notification service providers may obtain your push SDK version, necessary device information, mobile status information, geographic location information, network-related information, storage (photo album, media and other files) (including collecting in the background state) information to push content that you may be interested in.
h. Geographic location service: In order to provide you with geographic location services (content recommendation, content publishing), third-party location service providers will collect your device information and geographic location information so that they can push nearby content to you.
i. Cloud storage service: In order to provide you with cloud storage services (pictures, audio and video content, model files, slice files and related functions you upload to Creality Cloud will be stored in the cloud), third-party service providers may collect your device information, network related information, operator information,etc,.
j. Account security service: In order to protect your account and account property, and protect your and our legitimate rights and interests from illegal infringement, third-party security service providers may collect your necessary device information, network-related information, operator information, log information, storage (albums, media and other files) (including collection in the background state) information.
k. Payment service: In order to ensure your smooth purchase of goods or services and virtual goods on the Creality Cloud, third-party payment service providers may collect your device information, network information, and operator information to achieve smooth payment and ensure payment security.
(4) Sharing information with our affiliates: We may share your personal information with our affiliates. However, we will only share necessary personal information, which is subject to the purposes stated in this policy. If the affiliated company wants to change the purpose of processing personal information, it will ask for your authorization and consent again.
2.Transfer
Transfer refers to the transfer right of control over your personal information to another company, organization or individual. Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except for the following situations:
(1) We have obtained your authorization in advance;
(2) We received your proposal.
(3) If the company merges, splits, dissolves, or is declared bankrupt, it may involve the transfer of personal information. Through the design of the interactive interface, we provide you with channels to access, obtain, modify, and delete relevant personal information. You can set it in the following ways:
(1) Access, obtain, and modify your personal information through [Account>Avatar>Edit], including editing your avatar, nickname, gender, region, birthday, and personal introduction.
(2) Access, obtain, and modify account information through [Account>Settings>Account Security], including changing phone number and account password.
Except for the above situations, in any of the following circumstances, we shall delete your personal information, and you also have the right to request us to delete it:
(1) The purpose of processing has been achieved. It cannot be achieved or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;
(2) We have stopped providing products or services, or the retention period has expired;
(3) You have explicitly withdrawn your consent;
(4) If you have sufficient reasons to believe that we have processed your personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations, or agreements;
(5) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
3.Change or withdraw authorization
You can change or withdraw your authorization for notification, network, floating window, geographic location, camera, storage (album, media, and other files), phone status permissions, Bluetooth, and different devices' functions through the device's operating system. And we will collect personal information according to the settings you change. If you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer collect information related to these permissions, but please note that this will result in the unavailable use of some or all functions. At the same time, your decision to change or withdraw your authorization will not affect our previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.
4.Conditional right to transfer personal information
If you need to transfer your personal information to other platforms, companies, or organizations, you can contact us through the email disclosed in this Policy. We will review your request and provide you with a way to transfer the corresponding personal information under the conditions stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.

(1) Log in to Creality Cloud and go to the [Account>Settings>Account Security>Account Cancellation], and follow the prompts and steps to submit your account cancellation application.
(2) You can submit your feedback account through [Account>Online Service], and we will assist you to delete your account.
After you delete your account, we will stop providing you with relevant services, and delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.
6.Constrained information system automatic decision-making
In some business functions, we may only make decisions based on non-manual automatic decision-making mechanisms including information systems and algorithms. If these decisions affect your legal rights, you have the right to request an explanation from us, and we will also provide appropriate solutions.
Subject to compliance with relevant legal requirements, your close relatives may exercise the above-mentioned rights to review, copy, modify, and delete your relevant personal information, except for other circumstances.
7.Contact us for information management
For the sake of security and identification, you may not be able to directly access, modify, or delete some information on Creality Cloud. If you have to access, modify, or delete such information according to the applicable laws, please send your questions to the designated contact email address. We will review the issues as soon as possible verify your information and give you feedback.
How do we store and protect your personal information?
Storage period: We promise to always store your personal information for a reasonable and necessary period in accordance with the law. After the above period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
If we stop the service, we will stop collecting your personal information in a timely manner, notify you of the cessation of service by announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information held.
1. Protection
To protect the security of your personal information, we will strive to adopt various security measures in line with industry standards to protect your personal information to minimize the risk of being destroyed, stolen, disclosed, or unauthorized used. We will establish a data classification and grading system, data security management norms, and data security development norms to manage and standardize the storage and use of your personal information and ensure that we won’t collect personal information irrelevant to the services.
Your account has been protected. Please keep your account and password information safe properly. Creality Cloud will ensure that your information will not be lost, misused, or altered by backing up to other servers, encrypting user passwords, and related security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there are no perfect security measures on the information network. To prevent the occurrence of accidents, we have formulated a proper early warning mechanism and emergency plan by the provisions of laws and regulations. If a security incident does occur, we will promptly inform you of the relevant situation by email, phone call, push notification, and other related methods. When it is difficult to notify the personal information one by one, we will find a reasonable and effective way to issue an announcement. At the same time, we will also actively report the handling of personal information security incidents by the requirements of the regulatory authorities, and closely cooperate with the work of government agencies.
When we stop providing service, we will stop collecting personal information promptly. We will notify you of the above changes through push notifications, and announcements, and delete your personal information within a certain period or perform anonymization processing (the “anonymization processing” refers to the technical processing of personal information. The process of making the subject of personal information unidentifiable, and the processed information can not be restored. The information obtained after the personal information is anonymized does not belong to personal information.)
How do we update this privacy policy?
To provide you with better services, we will update the terms of this Policy according to relevant requirements of laws and regulations, and these updates will be a part of this Policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under this Policy currently in effect.
If this Policy is updated, we will notify you about the latest version of this Policy through push notifications on the Creality Cloud app or other reasonable means.
